Do you have factory reconditioned products?

                Yes.  If there is a (R) next to the model number, that means it is a factory reconditioned product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

               No, there is no sales tax.

What happens if you don't have my item available to ship?

              In a case where an order has been placed and there is no availability of the item or the item is backordered, we will contact you by email to inform you of the delay.  We may suggest an alternative product for the ordered item or you may request a refund at that time.
